Sales and Marketing Associate

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing our organizational sales, marketing, and advertising activities. You will also be responsible for researching on competitors' products and services, pricing, etc.

Prior work experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should also be required for building good relationships with the existing clients.

Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Associate, Sales and Marketing Executive, or a similar role in the Sales department.

Experience and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management softwares like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.

Audio-visual Service Technician
In this vital position, the Audio-visual Service Technician will be responsible for service calls, installing, maintaining, and repairing required AV hardware and systems to ensure the installed systems work flawlessly, explaining the system to the client, and answering any questions the clients may have.

This position requires strong technical skills

No experience is needed, however, experience in the AV field is an advantage.

Crestron/AMX controls.

Extron switchers.

Polycom, Logitech and Cisco videoconferencing products.

Ability to accurately read wiring diagrams.
Please Note: This job involves some heavy lifting and the AV Technician will sometimes have to go up on 25-30 ft. lift.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Install, maintain, and repair household and business audiovisual electronic equipment, such as televisions, soundbars, digital conferencing systems, projectors, and other audio equipment

Inspect, repair, and test electronic equipment, components, and assemblies using multimeters, circuit testers, tools, and equipment
-
Diagnose and locate circuit, audiovisual component, and equipment faults
-
Adjust, align, replace, or repair electronic audiovisual equipment, assemblies, and components following equipment manuals and schematics, and using soldering tools and other hand and power tools

Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports
May supervise other audiovisual equipment service technicians. -
Provide end-user audiovisual system training when required

Provide technical support to the sales representatives when needed
