Huddle Rooms and Meeting Rooms

  • A wall mounted 55” display for presentation

  • HDMI input from user device to share content on the display (BYOB)

  • A wall mounted button panel to control the following:

  • Display Power (On/Off)

  • Volume Control

  • A room booking panel located outside the space to help provide a visual indication of a booked room.

  • A custom on-screen splash page to provide instruction on how to use the audio-visual devices.

Boardrooms

  • Wall-mounted 86” display for presentation.

  • USB-based PTZ camera for video conferencing (BYOD)

  • Two (2x) wall-mounted speakers for enhanced audio during video conferencing.

  • Two (2x) ceiling-mounted array microphones to provide voice pickup during video conferencing.

  • HDMI and USB input from the user's device to share content on the display (BYOD).

  • A tabletop touch panel to control the following:

    • Display Power (On/Off)

    • Volume Control

    • Video Conferencing Dialer

    • Camera Control
